All services are subject to availability, project location, product availability, site conditions, signed agreements, permitting requirements, and applicable local building codes.

Free Estimates and Consultations
Lakeside Exteriors may offer complimentary estimates or consultations. An estimate does not create a binding agreement until a written contract or approved proposal has been signed by the customer and accepted by Lakeside Exteriors.
Pricing, product availability, project timelines, and installation details may change based on final measurements, product selections, permit requirements, material availability, or conditions discovered during the project review.

Products and Materials
Lakeside Exteriors may install products from select manufacturers, including window, door, siding, roofing, painting, and exterior remodeling brands. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer when applicable. Workmanship coverage, when included, will be listed in the project agreement or written proposal.
Colors, finishes, styles, glass options, hardware, and other product selections must be approved before ordering. Once custom products or materials are ordered, changes may be limited or may require extra charges.

Contracts and Payment Terms
Project payment terms will be stated in the signed agreement, invoice, or written proposal. Deposits, progress payments, final payments, financing options, and due dates may vary by project.

Failure to make required payments may result in project delays, collection activity, suspension of work, or other remedies allowed by law and the signed agreement

Cancellations and Changes
Customers may request cancellation or changes by contacting Lakeside Exteriors in writing or by phone.
Cancellation rights, refund eligibility, restocking fees, custom material costs, permit fees, and project change fees may depend on the timing of the cancellation, whether materials have been ordered, whether work has started, and the terms of the signed agreement.
Custom-ordered windows, doors, siding, roofing materials, paint, or other project-specific materials may be non-refundable once ordered.
Any project change may require a written change order, revised pricing, revised timeline, or updated approval.

Scheduling and Project Timelines
Lakeside Exteriors works to provide realistic scheduling and project timelines. Project dates may shift for reasons including weather, permitting, inspections, material delays, manufacturer timelines, site access, safety concerns, or unexpected project conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, moving personal items when requested, securing pets, and preparing the work area as outlined by Lakeside Exteriors.

Permits and Code Requirements
When required, permits may be included in the project scope or billed separately, depending on the signed agreement. Work will be completed according to applicable building requirements and project specifications.
The customer is responsible for disclosing known property issues, HOA requirements, historic district rules, access restrictions, or other limitations that may affect the project.

Storm Damage Services
Lakeside Exteriors may provide storm damage inspections and repair recommendations. Any insurance-related information provided by Lakeside Exteriors is for general project support only. Coverage decisions, claim approvals, deductibles, and payment amounts are determined by the insurance carrier.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing insurance documents, policy terms, and payment responsibilities.
