About Lakeside Exteriors in Minnetonka, MN
Clear Views. Built for Minnesota Winters.
Lakeside Exteriors is a locally owned window, door, siding, roofing, and deck contractor at 4737 CR-101 N, Suite 241 in Minnetonka, MN 55345 (Minnesota Residential Building Contractor License #CR807029).
One Local Crew for Your Whole Exterior
The idea behind Lakeside Exteriors is straightforward: homeowners in Minnetonka and the West Metro should not have to coordinate three different contractors and three separate schedules to get their exterior work done right. Led by owner Freddie Macalus, our crew handles permitting, material ordering, and installation across windows, entry and patio doors, LP SmartSide siding, Owens Corning roofing, and cedar or composite decks.
Full-frame Window installation service is the core of our work. Instead of dropping pocket replacement inserts into old frames, we remove the aging window down to the studs so we can repair hidden wood rot, pack closed-cell insulation around the frame, flash the sill pan, and install custom trim inside and out.

Good communication by owner and salesman answering questions. Thorough and competent installer. Would request ‘Trevor’ by name if we decide on doing additional projects.
