We walk your property, take measurements, inspect existing frames and trim, and compare product lines across Pella, Andersen, Marvin, ProVia, LP SmartSide, and Owens Corning.
Permitting & Material Orders
Lakeside Exteriors files the municipal building permits and orders custom-sized windows, doors, siding, and roofing materials directly from the manufacturer.
Single-Crew Scheduling
If your project includes more than one trade, such as windows, siding, and a roof, we coordinate the sequence as one project instead of separate subcontractors on separate timelines.
Full-Frame Installation
Our installers complete the work on site, including full-frame window and door installation, housewrap and flashing, siding, roof tear-off and replacement, or deck construction.
Cleanup, Walkthrough & Warranty
We clean the job site, haul away all debris, and walk the finished project with you. Every install is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer product warranties.
