Written project scope, pricing, payment schedules, permitting responsibilities, and warranty terms for any construction work are governed by the signed written contract between the homeowner and Lakeside Exteriors.
Workmanship and Manufacturer Warranties
Lakeside Exteriors provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on completed installations as detailed in your project agreement, alongside applicable manufacturer product warranties from brands such as Pella, Andersen, Marvin, ProVia, LP SmartSide, and Owens Corning.
